Yu-Tzu Lin is an urban planner, educator and researcher based in Taiwan. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance, College of Business and Management, Chihlee University of Technology, and a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, Delft University of Technology.
Her academic background spans urban planning and land economics, including graduate training in urban planning at National Chung Hsing University and studies in Land Economics at National Chengchi University.
Her work focuses on urban regeneration, climate adaptation and resilience, disaster-prevention planning, land use and development, social housing, circular construction, public-private partnerships and comparative planning between Taiwan and the Netherlands.
